His habits are like this – staying up late, eating snacks late at night. According to the report of South China Morning Post, 101-year-old Jiang Yuqin, resident of Wenzhou, Zhejiang province of China, has gone viral because of her unique ‘reverse routine’.
It is said that this grandmother has a habit of watching TV till 2 in the night. She usually wakes up at 10 in the morning. Drinks a strong green tea as soon as she wakes up. After this she spends her day comfortably. His daughter Yao Zongping tells that this routine started in the last two years. Once, he injured his hand due to a fall, after which his family members forbade him from doing household work. After this, there was nothing much to do during the day, so she started sleeping more during the day and staying awake at night.
Jiang usually has dinner at 6 pm. Later, if she feels hungry, she eats snacks no matter what time it is. His daughter says her favorite dish is a Wenzhou pastry called ‘Matisong’ made from water chestnuts. Not only this, Jiang likes many types of snacks. It is said that his teeth are still very strong. When asked about the secret of her mother’s long life, the daughter said, ‘Eating well, sleeping well and enjoying green tea, all this is important.’ She further says, ‘But most important of all is my mother’s calm nature. She never holds anger or revenge in her mind and looks at life very peacefully.
