How to make paneer without milk
- To make paneer without milk, first soak a bowl of peanuts in water for four to five hours or overnight. In the morning, mash it well and remove its peel.
- Now peel the bottle gourd and cut it into small pieces.
- Now put bottle gourd pieces and peanuts in a mixer jar and make a fine paste. To make this you use water.
- Now filter this gourd and peanut paste with the help of a sieve. You can also filter it through muslin cloth or muslin cloth.
- Now pour this mixture in a big pan. Add water as per requirement and make its consistency like milk.
