1.26 crore women benefited from economic empowerment through CM Dr. Mohan Yadav’s Ladli Brahmin Yojana.

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Ladli Brahmin Yojana has made 1.26 crore women of Madhya Pradesh self-reliant. An increased amount of Rs 1500 will be transferred to women in Seoni on 12 November 2025.

Bhopal. Under the guidance of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the campaign for women empowerment in Madhya Pradesh is progressing rapidly. The Chief Minister’s promise to the beloved sisters of the state will be fulfilled on November 12, 2025. In the state level program organized in Seoni, the increased amount will be sent to the accounts of more than one crore 26 lakh beloved sisters. On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will transfer an amount of ₹ 1500 to the account of each sister. Women across the state are expressing their gratitude to their “Bhaiya Mohan” for this initiative and saying that he is taking care of them just like Lord Krishna took care of his sister Subhadra.

Direct benefit of Rs 44,917.92 crore so far from Ladli Brahmin Yojana

Mukhyamantri Ladli Brahmin Yojana has been continuously providing financial assistance to women from June 2023 to October 2025. During this period, regular amount has been given to the beneficiaries in 29 installments. Apart from this, special assistance amount of ₹ 250 was also given thrice (August 2023, 2024, 2025) on Raksha Bandhan. So far, a total amount of ₹44,917.92 crore has been directly transferred into the bank accounts of women. This scheme is making women self-reliant and financially strong.

More than 1.26 crore women of all 52 districts got benefits

A total of 1,26,36,250 women from all 52 districts of the state have benefited from this scheme. The maximum number of beneficiaries are in Indore district – 4,40,723 women. This is followed by Sagar (4,19,903), Rewa (4,03,182), Chhindwara (3,90,311), Dhar (3,82,417) and Jabalpur (3,81,848).

Benefits reached other districts also

Seoni (2,68,187), Mandsaur (2,62,827), Ratlam (2,50,176), Raisen (2,46,390), Damoh (2,45,143), Sehore (2,42,717), Katni (2,41,302), Barwani (2,37,060), Guna (2,28,604), Khandwa. Lakhs of sisters are associated with the scheme in all the districts including (2,16,372), Narmadapuram (2,09,837), Siddhi (2,09,706), Tikamgarh (2,07,079), Narsinghpur (2,08,734).

Effect is visible even in small districts

Singrauli (1,97,004), Mandla (1,95,153), Jhabua (1,92,511), Shahdol (1,88,729), Panna (1,82,220), Shajapur (1,73,900), Neemuch (1,57,658), Ashoknagar (1,55,387), Datia (1,44,239), Anuppur (1,26,054), Alirajpur (1,23,492), Agar Malwa (1,17,255), Umaria (1,09,113), Sheopur (1,08,673) and Harda (93,516). 80,157 women have benefited from the scheme in Niwari district.

Increased self-reliance and self-esteem among women

This scheme has strengthened the feeling of self-reliance and respect in the lives of the women of the state. Women used the amount received for daily needs, children’s education, small business and household needs. Due to this, they are playing a more active role in family decisions. Ladli Brahmin Yojana has made an important contribution in building “Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh” from villages to cities.
