Yogi government’s big step: Recruitment of 532 Anganwadi assistants starts in Jhansi, apply online till December 3

Yogi government has started the recruitment process of 532 Anganwadi assistants in Jhansi. Only female candidates can apply online till 3rd December. BPL will get priority. With the recruitment, care and nutrition services for children and pregnant women will be further improved.

Jhansi. Yogi government is paying special attention to the care and health of children and pregnant women by strengthening Anganwadi services. Under this, the recruitment process has been started for the vacant posts of Anganwadi assistants in child development projects of rural and urban areas in Jhansi district. Eligible female candidates can apply online through the departmental website till December 3.

Recruitment for 532 Anganwadi assistant posts in Jhansi

Anganwadi assistants are being appointed on a total of 532 posts in Jhansi district. At present 847 assistants are working in the district. After the new recruitment, their total number will increase to 1379. Filling up the vacant posts will further improve the quality of child care, pregnant women’s health, nutrition, vaccination and other services. Only female candidates will be able to apply for these posts. Also, BPL category candidates will get preference.

Recruitment in 8 blocks and urban areas of Jhansi

This recruitment process is going on in child development projects of Babina, Baragaon, Bamaur, Bangra, Chirgaon, Gursarai, Mauranipur, Moth development blocks and Jhansi city. District Program Officer Vipin Kumar Maitreya said that information about qualifications and recruitment process related to the posts is available on the departmental website.
