Asian Women’s Hockey Champions Trophy is going to be organized in Rajgir, Bihar. This competition will start on 11th November and will end on 20th November 2024. Before that, on Wednesday, the Indian Hockey team participating in the Asian Women’s Hockey Champions Trophy was taken on a tour of Glass Bridge Rajgir by the Nalanda District Administration.
Women teams from 6 countries of Asia are taking part
It is noteworthy that the Asian Women’s Hockey Champions Trophy is going to be organized at the Government Sports Academy cum Sports Complex, Rajgir under the auspices of Bihar State Sports Authority, Patna. A total of teams from 6 countries are participating in this competition to be held from 11 November to 20 November 2024. These teams are from India, China, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and Thailand.
Special objective is to promote tourism in Bihar
During the visit to Rajgir Glass Bridge in Nalanda district, all the women players of the Indian hockey team got photographed with the trophy. All the women hockey players looked very excited. India Hockey Team has been appreciated for its excellent work in promoting tourism in Bihar.
