Congress won in Kishanganj thanks to former AIMIM leader Kamrul Hoda. Manohar Singh won in Manihari. Manoj Biswas won in Forbesganj, Surendra Prasad in Valmiki Nagar, Abhishek Ranjan in Chanpatia and Abidur Rehman won in Araria. Critics say that Congress has lost seats due to its arrogance and distance from the voters. 2- Rahul Gandhi disappeared as soon as the Voter Rights March ended

Star campaigners of BJP held massive rallies in Bihar. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself held 14 rallies and seven tours of Bihar. Apart from him, Amit Shah and Yogi Adityanath also gave more than a dozen speeches.
4- Two big leaders of Grand Alliance delayed in sharing the stage
In Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav and Rahul Gandhi needed to be seen on the stage together, but there was a lot of delay on the part of the Grand Alliance and both the leaders were not seen on the same stage till October 29, a week before the first phase of voting. Some Congress workers even said that we are putting up posters, doing road shows but without Rahul Gandhi everything seems incomplete.
