Himachal Pradesh remains in the headlines every day due to the orders issued by the government. Now a new case has come to light. Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) management has issued a notice to the drivers and conductors posted in government buses. Actually, this notice has been issued by a person traveling in a government bus after hearing the ongoing debate regarding Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
A notice has been issued in this regard and answers have been sought from the driver and conductor deployed in the bus. Someone complained about this to the Chief Minister’s office. The Chief Minister’s Office directed HRTC to take cognizance of this. The opposition is also targeting regarding this. BJP MLA Sudhir Sharma termed this matter as ridiculous. He said that every day some such ridiculous incident comes to light in the state. Due to which Himachal becomes a topic of discussion and laughter in the country.
It is unfortunate to conduct investigation on such subjects- BJP
BJP MLA Sudhir Sharma said that in the debate something was being said about Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and others. Now investigation has been started in this regard and orders have been issued to seek answers from the drivers. He said that arguing in the bus has been declared a violation of government rules. It was also said that such debate cannot be heard inside the bus. Now a notice has been issued and answers have been sought from the driver and conductor deployed in the bus, otherwise action will be taken.
The BJP leader said that the driver can drive the bus. He can’t control who is listening to what. If such is the situation then the government should appoint marshals in buses who can stop people from listening to the debate. He said that there is no discussion on issues of public interest in the state nor is any action being taken. But the government is conducting investigation on such subjects, which is unfortunate. Due to such decisions of the government, the state is being criticized all over the country.
Notice was issued on 25 November
Actually, this incident happened on November 1st. HRTC bus number HP-63-C-5134 was going from Shimla to Sanjauli. A passenger traveling in this is accused of listening to the argument on loudspeaker. In this case, a notice was issued against bus driver Tek Raj and conductor Shesh Ram on November 25. Also, it was asked to file the reply within three days.

The passenger in the bus was listening to Acharya Pramod’s debate on loudspeaker. Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav and Mamata Banerjee were also named in this debate. In such a situation, it is alleged that it is not appropriate to play such audio against any leader publicly in a government vehicle. At the same time, even before this, Himachal government had become a joke regarding samosas.
