Trisha reacts to ‘Leo’ co-star Mansoor Ali Khan’s apology: ‘To forgive is…’

Trisha took to her X (formerly Twitter) to react to ‘Leo’ co-star Mansoor Ali Khan’s apology. Earlier today, November 24, the latter, shared a statement in which he asked for forgiveness for his distasteful remarks against her.

This comes a day after he was summoned by the Chennai police. A complaint was filed against Mansoor Ali Khan after in this matter.

On November 24, Mansoor Ali Khan put out a long statement in Tamil and . She has now reacted to the apology. Taking to her social media page, she wrote, “To err is human,to forgive is divine (sic),” without mentioning his name. She added folded-hands emoji to his post.

Mansoor Ali Khan, in a press conference, made insensitive remarks against Trisha and said that he lost out of the opportunity to do a ‘bedroom scene’ with her.

While Trisha played a lead role in Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s ‘Leo’, Mansoor Ali Khan appeared in a brief role. They did not share screen space in the film. At a press conference, Mansoor landed in trouble for his insensitive remarks against the actress. She took to X to lash out at him.

Though and remained fixed on his stand for the past few days, he seems to have change his stance now. The Chennai police filed a case against him under two sections. The actor appeared in front of the police for enquiry. He then decided to apologise for his comments.
