Tiger 3 Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 4: Salman’s Spy Thriller Crosses 250Cr; Inches Towards 300Cr

Remember how Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai had won hearts and left people impressed? Well, now the makers have returned with third installment of the Tiger franchise and the audience can’t keep about it.

Helmed by Maneesh Sharma, Tiger 3 features Salman and Katrina reprising their respective roles of Tiger and Zoya along with Emraan Hashmi playing the lead antagonist.

The espionage thriller has been going strong at the box office and refuses to slow down. Not just in India, Tiger 3 has been doing wonders across the world. Interestingly, Tiger 3 has witnessed a phenomenal performance at the worldwide box office which started with a collection of Rs 95.23 crores and it was close to crossing 200 crores in three days.

And now as per a recent, update, this Salman Khan starrer has crossed the Rs 250 crores mark in three days and is now inching towards the next milestone of Rs 300 crores mark. As per a tweet shared by trade analyst Manobala Vijabalan, Tiger 3 minted Rs 67.34 crores worldwide on the third day which takes the overall collection of the film to Rs 250.73 crores. Given Tiger 3’s strong hold at the box office, the espionage thriller is likely to cross Rs 300 crores at the worldwide box office soon.

 

Meanwhile, Emraan Hashmi recently got candid about his role in Tiger 3 and said, “I had an amazing time creating Aatish – a man who is fuelled by rage and will go to any length to finish Tiger. I play a very distinctively different villain that is rare in Hindi cinema. He is cerebral, his mind is his greatest weapon and he also wields immense power over authorities across countries to bring his devious plans into motion. He single-mindedly wants to destroy Tiger, his family and by doing that, he wants to take out the biggest super agent of India. He knows Tiger will always be the last man standing for India and he wants him removed at any cost.”
