During a program on Wednesday, Narayan Murthy talked about focusing on the development of special school teachers in the country. Along with this, he also asked to increase the salary of teachers and researchers.
8300 crore rupees will have to be spent
Narayan Murthy said that India should open about 2500 ‘Train the Teacher’ colleges for the training of teachers. More than 10,000 best retired teachers of the world should be called here. So that India can be made at par with the world in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. He talked about spending 1 billion dollars i.e. about Rs 8300 crore every year for this.

He said that every year we can train about 2.5 lakh primary and 2.5 lakh secondary teachers of the country, who will be ready for the challenges of the future.
At least respect the teachers
Narayan Murthy did not stop here. According to PTI news, he said that we should show respect for our teachers. Teachers and researchers should be given better salaries. They should be provided better facilities. He is a role model for our young generation.
