If you wish, you can also reach Dibang by taking a cab. Apart from this, if you want to go by train then the nearest railway station from Dibang is Tinskulia. From here you can directly reach Dibang by taking a private cab. The distance from Delhi to Dibang Valley is about 2,187 kilometers. In such a situation, going by car is not possible.
