In Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, tying a buffalo in a public place and spreading dirt through dung proved costly for the buffalo owner. The Municipal Corporation team, which came out to take action in the city, has imposed a fine of Rs 9,000 on the owner of a buffalo standing in a public place outside the house and seeing dung filth. Action was being taken to confiscate the buffalo, but on the request of the buffalo owner and payment of fine, the buffalo has been released.
In fact, the Municipal Corporation team in Gayatri Nagar had received information that buffaloes were being tied on the public road on the bridge of the colony. Dirt is also being spread due to buffalo dung. After reaching the spot, the Municipal Corporation team saw that a person named Nand Kishore had tied his buffalo in public near the road bridge and its dung was spreading dirt.
A fine of Rs 9 thousand was imposed
Seeing all this, the corporation team imposed a fine of Rs 9,000 on buffalo owner Nand Kishore. But talks continued for a long time between the Municipal Corporation team and the buffalo owner regarding payment of the fine. When the buffalo owner refused to pay such a huge fine, the Municipal Corporation team started confiscating the buffalo and taking it away. However, after some time, buffalo owner Nandkishore agreed to pay a fine of Rs 9 thousand. Then his buffalo was released somewhere.
Officials gave instructions
At present, the Municipal Corporation officials have instructed the buffalo owner not to tie the animals in public places in future. Officials said that in future he should not tie his animals in public places and if he is found doing so in future, his buffalo will be confiscated.
