  • Take out the prepared mixture, spread it in a plate and leave it at room temperature for some time to cool down. This will make it suitable for making laddus.
  • When the mixture cools down completely, apply some oil on your hands and make small laddus and keep them in a plate. In this way, a lot of your tamarind seed laddus will be ready.
  • The step to give the final touch to the laddus is to take powdered sugar in a plate and keep coating all the laddus with it.
  • You can store the prepared tamarind grain laddu in an airtight glass jar which will last for a long time. These laddus will be liked by children as well as adults and once again you will remember the taste of childhood.

Note: If you want to make these laddus and eat them immediately and do not want to store them, then make a paste by adding tamarind pulp, jaggery and all the spices on a mortar or in a grinder. After this, make laddus out of it and roll it in powdered sugar and enjoy.
