Politics has intensified regarding Maharashtra Assembly elections. Political parties are busy setting political equations to strengthen their hold on the voters. BJP has fielded its star campaigners for the election campaign. If anyone’s statement is being discussed the most in Maharashtra at this time, it is UP CM Yogi Adityanath. Yogi tried his slogan given in UP in Maharashtra also, after which a political storm arose. There was so much politics over the statement that NCP chief Ajit Pawar, who was involved in the grand alliance, changed his gear.
Actually, on Wednesday, CM Yogi had reached Amravati to address an election rally in Maharashtra. Where, he said that I take inspiration from Shivaji and say again and again that whenever we are divided, we will be divided. If we remain united, we will remain noble and safe. Earlier, while campaigning in the UP by-elections, CM Yogi had said that if we divide, we will be divided. No one was surprised by Mahavikas Aghadi’s reaction to CM Yogi’s statement in Amravati, but Ajit Pawar, who was part of Mahayuti, came out against the statement.
Ajit Pawar said – only Shivaji’s ideology will work in Maharashtra
When NCP chief and Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar was asked about CM Yogi’s statement, he said that the slogan ‘If you divide, you will be divided’ will not work in Maharashtra. The people here know everything and understand everything. Only the ideology of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj will work in Maharashtra. Now different political meanings are being inferred from this statement of Ajit Pawar. It is also being said that Ajit Pawar is worried about his vote bank and candidates, hence he distanced himself from CM Yogi’s slogan.
Political analysts believe that Ajit Pawar did not support CM Yogi’s statement because he feared the loss of Muslim voters. Along with this, NCP Ajit Pawar faction has fielded Nawab Malik who belongs to the Muslim community. In such a situation, if Ajit Pawar supports Yogi’s slogan, then a situation of differences may arise in the party. That’s why Ajit Pawar had to say that all this will not work in Maharashtra.
BJP had opposed Nawab Malik’s ticket!
It is also said that BJP had advised Ajit Pawar not to field Nawab Malik in the election. Even after this, Nawab Malik Mankhurd filed nomination from Shivaji Nagar seat and now he is busy in election campaign. This is being interpreted to mean that there are differences on some points in the Grand Alliance too, especially between BJP and Ajit Pawar’s NCP.
Some people are also considering this as a strategy of Mahayuti. Because if Ajit Pawar supports CM Yogi’s statement then there is a fear of Muslim voters getting scattered. In such a situation, if Ajit Pawar has to suffer loss on any seat, then in the end only Mahayuti will suffer the loss. Therefore, all the three parties involved in the Grand Alliance are busy campaigning according to their respective agendas.
