Amin Pathan left BJP and joined Congress

On the other hand, before the Rajasthan Assembly elections, BJP leader Amin Pathan joined Congress on Wednesday. Former BJP state president Amin Pathan took membership of Congress in the presence of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Rajasthan Congress in-charge Sukjinder Singh Randhawa.

What did Amin say after joining Congress?

After joining Congress, Amin Pathan said, for the last 25 years I have been a BJP worker, councilor and chairman of various boards. It seems that only some people and industrialists from Gujarat are being promoted. This is not the BJP whose ideology and policy under which we joined it.

He further said that now there are no leaders like Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Bhairon Singh Shekhawat. It seems that BJP has deviated from its promises. Hurt by that, I resigned from BJP. Ashok Gehlot has worked for farmers, youth and women. In view of this, I have decided to join Congress.
