In Sarkada village of Moradabad, a husband made a shocking complaint to the SSP. He alleged that his wife disappears from home at night, beats him and threatens to kill or commit suicide. SSP has ordered investigation into the matter.
Friday was a normal day for the SSP office in Moradabad, but then a young man came inside, hearing whose complaint the officers also remained silent for some time. Usually in domestic disputes, husband and wife blame each other, but here the case was the opposite. This husband threatened his own life with his own wife and his nightly activities made the whole matter mysterious.
Suspicion started after a year of marriage
The incident took place in Sarkada village of Mudhapande police station area. A young man living here reached the SSP office with a bundle of his problems. He told that only one year has passed since his marriage, but his wife’s behavior seemed unusual from the beginning. He claims that his wife often wakes up suddenly at night and goes out of the house without informing him. Then before morning she comes back and lies down as if nothing has happened.

“When they chased me, they beat me up and threatened to kill me.”
The young man told that he tried to follow his wife several times to find out where she goes at night, but every time he could not catch her. In fact, when the wife suspected that he was stalking her, he beat her up and threatened to kill her. According to the victim, his wife says that she will either consume poison or commit suicide by holding an electric wire and will send the entire family to jail.
“The wife puts pressure on me to stay in her parents’ house.”
The young man said in his complaint that his wife constantly puts pressure on him to stay in his maternal home. She tells him to earn more money and bring it to his parents’ house and keep it on her hand. When she refuses, she creates a ruckus in the house and a fight starts.
“My wife talks to someone else” – husband’s allegation
The victim suspects that his wife has relations with another youth. For this reason, she leaves the house at night. The young man also told that recently his brother-in-law has threatened to kill him, due to which his worries have increased further.
SSP ordered investigation
Hearing the husband’s complaint, the SSP considered the entire matter serious and ordered an investigation. The police is now preparing to get to the bottom of the entire matter by interrogating the wife, her family and the people of the village.
