Late actress Shefali Jariwala’s husband Parag Tyagi celebrated his first birthday without her. His friends brought him homemade gajar ka halwa in an effort to bring a smile to his face.
Earlier, Parag had chosen to celebrate the day at the Shefali Jariwala Rise Foundation, spending time with young girls in his wife’s honour. The actor continues to express his undying love for Shefali and often shares heartfelt snippets of their life before the tragic incident.
Parag Tyagi shared a clip on social media from his birthday celebration, where his friends brought Gajar ka halwa as he couldn’t cut a birthday cake. In the video, he shared the first bite with their dog, Simba, and then proceeded to share the pudding with everybody else. Expressing his love for his wife, Shefali, he further made a gesture of feeding his chest tattoo dedicated to his late wife.
In the caption, Parag wrote, “Love u Pari till eternity. Love u & thank u deepak bhai @dvrma3, Guru ji @aacharyasachinbhardwaj, @harshthefilmmaker..lots and lots and lots of love to u. Pari is v happy tonite ..”
People on the internet loved this heartwarming gesture by Parag and flooded his comment section with love. Shefali Jariwala’s Sudden Demise
Late actress Shefali Jariwala passed away at the age of 42 on June 27, 2025. The cause of her death was suspected to be a heart attack, likely after a sudden drop in her blood pressure from taking various anti-ageing drugs. The actress was rushed to the hospital, where she was declared dead. The late actress’s final rites took place at the Oshiwara Crematorium in Mumbai. Her husband, Parag Tyagi, performed her last rites along with her father. Family and friends from the industry were all there to bid their final goodbye to the actress.
