Shashi Tharoor wishes Shah Rukh Khan a happy 60th in the most unique way; check post

Mumbai: The King of Bollywood is celebrating his 60th birthday, and wishes are pouring in from different places. Shashi Tharoor, the politician known for his impressive language skills and intellectual prowess, said he couldn’t believe SRK was 60. He added that the actor was ageing in reverse.

Addressing Shah Rukh Khan as the “King of Bollywood, the politician laid out his suspicion about the actor’s age. He wrote, “I have to admit, I’m finding this ’60’ number deeply suspicious. A crack team of independent fact-checkers and forensic detectives investigated this ’60’ claim & concluded: “In the complete and absolute absence of any discernible visual evidence—specifically, no non-photoshopped grey hair, no undeniable signs of slowing down, and a persistent appearance of someone significantly younger—the claim that Shah Rukh Khan is turning 60 cannot be factually confirmed.”

 

The politician then laid out a funny theory. He stated that King Khan was starring in a “Bollywood adaptation of ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’.”

“He’s ageing in reverse,” said Tharoor. The Congress politician also went on to point out evidence to back his theory.

“Look at the evidence: 1. His energy levels today seem higher than they were 20 years ago. 2. His hairstyle has become progressively more youthful. 3. There are no wrinkles a decent lighting crew can’t explain away,” wrote Tharoor. He also hilariously predicted that SRK would be auditioning for teenage roles at the age of 70.

“Mercifully, I don’t expect to be around when he turns into a child star,” he quipped. Concluding the post, he wrote, “Congratulations on this unbelievable milestone, Shah Rukh! Please keep defying physics and biology, & confusing us all for many years to come.”
