Seema’s lawyer said, no such information
Seema Haider’s lawyer AP Singh clarified that he has no official information that Seema or Sachin has filled the SIR form. He said that the names of Sachin Meena’s parents are definitely present in the voter list and they have also filled the form, but the case of Seema and Sachin is not clear yet.

Neighbors told, BLO had come… but no confirmation
Sachin’s neighbors in Rabupura also say that the BLO team had definitely come to their house, but no one has any concrete information about whether Seema’s SIR form was filled or not. Legal experts say that any official process in Seema’s case is confirmed by police or court records, which have not been revealed at present.
No Indian citizenship yet, case pending in court
According to the administration, Seema Haider is currently a citizen of Pakistan. The entire matter of her coming to India, marrying Sachin and living here is still pending in the court. Many times Seema has also demanded Indian citizenship from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In such a situation, the question is also being raised whether she is eligible to fill the SIR form or not.

Meanwhile, Seema and Sachin have shared new information by releasing a video on Instagram that Seema is 7 months pregnant and will give birth to her sixth child in February. This will be Sachin’s second child. Seema has four children from her first husband Ghulam Haider, who is in Pakistan. Ghulam Haider is continuously pleading with the governments of both the countries to return his children back to him.
