Speaking to IndiaToday.in, Salman spoke about his career’s downfalls and said that his ‘lows would be a high for 99.9 per cent of the population.’ The ‘Tiger 3’ actor also said that he doesn’t feel he is as hard-working as Katrina Kaif.
Excerpts from the interview:
‘I DON’T THINK THERE IS A LOW’
Salman Khan has had his fair share of highs and lows. However, what has been a constant for him are the blessings that he counts on a daily basis. In an exclusive conversation with IndiaToday.in, Salman shared his views on the lowest and highest points of his career.
He explained, “When I started working, the lows that you are talking about, it was not my highs at the best. I struggled and if I didn’t make it, I would be happy with that. There are a lot of people who are 1000 times better-looking, talented, hard-working, have the jest towards their goals, and they have not made it. So when you see that, what you describe as my lows would be a high for 99.9 per cent of the population in the country. So, I don’t think there is a low. I have been fortunate by what God has bestowed me, my family and my families with.”
‘I DON’T THINK I AM AS HARD WORKING AS KATRINA’
Salman Khan further added that every day, he wakes up and counts his blessings. “I wake up in the morning, have my coffee and thank God for giving me another day to get through. I am really blessed, I don’t think I am as hard working as Katrina. She perhaps deserves all this success, I don’t even deserve it,” he signed off.
Work-wise, Salman Khan’s latest release with Katrina Kaif, ‘Tiger 3’, is a huge commercial success.
