Some companies were illegally certifying vegetarian products including dairy, textiles, sugar, namkeen, oil, spices and soap as halal. Recently there was a lot of uproar regarding this. Halal was seen on the tea packet. A passenger had raised a question on this while traveling in the railway. Its video went viral on social media.
