Recipe Tips: Make Onion-Spinach Kadhi with this method, everyone will like the taste.

necessary ingredients:

  • Chopped spinach – 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion – 2
  • Curd – 1/2 cup gram
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Spinach paste – 1/2 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli paste – 2 teaspoons
  • Asafoetida – 2 pinches
  • Dry red chilli – 2
  • Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin – 1 teaspoon
  • Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – as per taste

 

You can prepare it like this:

– First of all, beat curd in a vessel and add gram flour, turmeric powder and a little salt to it.

– Now heat oil in a pan and fry mustard, cumin and fenugreek seeds in it.

– Now add onion, ginger-garlic paste and whole red chilli and cook. – After some time, add spinach to it and cook for a minute.

– Now add gram flour-curd mixture and water as required and cook for two minutes.

– Now add salt and green chilli paste as per taste and cook for 15 minutes.

In this way your onion-spinach vegetable is ready.
