Recipe of the Day: Make delicious green chilli chutney with this method

necessary ingredients:

  • thirty green chillies
  • six tablespoons oil
  • two spoons lemon juice
  • two spoons jaggery
  • 15 curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoons dry coconut, grated
  • six spoons of gram pulses
  • a spoonful of ginger
  • 2 cups finely chopped coriander
  • water as required
  • salt as per taste

 

 

 

Prepare it in this manner:

– Heat oil in a pan and fry chana dal in it for two minutes.

– Now curry leaves and green chillies will have to be fried for two minutes.

– Later add coconut and ginger and fry.

Now cool the mixture, add sugar, salt, lemon juice, green coriander and water to it and prepare a paste in the mixer.

This is how your chutney is made.
