Job Interview Experience Viral Post: A young woman looking for a job shared her interview experience on social media platform X, after which a huge debate started online regarding the transparency of the recruitment process. The girl, whose name is said to be Vaishnavi, says that in the job for which she had applied, it was clearly written that the company is taking candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience. But after reaching the interview, the situation turned out to be different.
The interviewer avoided it by calling it a ‘mistake’.
According to Vaishnavi, about 10 minutes after the conversation started, the interviewer suddenly said that 1 to 3 years of experience is now necessary for this role. When Vaishnavi again showed the company’s official career website and asked if it was written differently in the job listing, the interviewer dismissed it as a “mistake”. Because of this the girl became very disappointed. He wrote that after so much preparation and hope, such a sudden change in the conditions is very disappointing.
