Preparations for hoisting the flag at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple completed, Champat Rai shared the outline of the program

Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, said that on November 25, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Mohan Bhagwat will hoist the saffron flag on the peak of Ram temple. This will symbolize the completion of the temple construction. All preparations for the program are complete.

Lucknow. Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, said that the saffron flag will be hoisted on the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya on November 25. This flag will symbolize the completion of the temple construction. The height at which the flag will be flown will be approximately 190 feet from the ground.

Prime Minister Modi and Mohan Bhagwat will hoist the flag. Champat Rai told that in the flag hoisting ceremony, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat will hoist the flag themselves. Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandi Ben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also be present on this occasion. This program is mainly focused for Eastern Uttar Pradesh.

Guidelines issued for devotees

General Secretary Champat Rai requested that all the invitees should reach Ayodhya by the evening of 24th November. Entry into the temple premises will begin at 8 am on November 25, and will be closed after 9 am. He informed that the flag hoisting program will be completed by 2 pm. During this time, about six thousand invited guests will have darshan while standing in designated lines.

Ram Vivah festival in Ayodhya on Vivah Panchami

Vivah Panchami is also on 25th November, hence Ram Vivah Utsav will be celebrated all over Ayodhya. The procession of Lord Ram will take place at about 12 to 15 places. Champat Rai said that the procession should be taken out after 4 pm, so that there is no inconvenience in the flag hoisting program.

Accommodation arrangements for guests completed

Arrangements for the residence and stay of the invited guests coming to the program are being made by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. So far 1600 rooms have been booked so that servants, workers and special guests coming from outside can stay comfortably.

Entry limited to general audience

Champat Rai said that on November 25, public darshan will not be allowed in the Ram Janmabhoomi complex. This day has been specially set aside for flag hoisting and darshan of invited guests.
