Papaya soup is very beneficial for health, make it with this method

Material:

  • 4 cups raw papaya
  • 1/2 cup ripe papaya
  • 4 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 2 cups onion
  • black pepper powder as per taste
  • salt to taste

 

You can prepare it like this:

– First of all, heat butter in a pan and cook papaya and onion in it until soft.

– Now add vegetable stock into it.

– Now cool the mixture and put it in a grinder jar and make a paste.

– Now add cream to it and cook again.

– Now mix black pepper powder and salt.

– Now add lemon juice and papaya pieces and taste it.
