Jaggery – 1 cup
Arabic – 2

Raw banana- 2
Pumpkin – 1 cup
Spinach – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 no.
Green chillies – 2-3
Fenugreek – 2 tbsp
oil as per requirement
Asafoetida – 1 tablespoon
Cumin – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Green Coriander – 1 cup
Tomato – 2
Water – 2 cups

1. First of all, wash all the vegetables thoroughly and cut them into medium size.
2. Wash the vegetables and drain the water thoroughly. After this, cut the radish leaves into small pieces.
3. After this, wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. After cutting tomatoes, also chop green chillies.
4. Peel, wash and grate the ginger. Wash green coriander and cut it into small pieces.
5. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin, asafoetida, turmeric, coriander powder and fry a little.
6. Fry the entire mixture well. After this add green chilli, ginger masala and mix well.
7. Now add chopped vegetables to this mixture. Also add chopped raw banana and brinjal.
8. Mix the vegetables well. – After this add salt and red chili powder.
9. Then add some water to the vegetables and cover the pan.
10. Cook the vegetables well until they boil.
11. As soon as it boils, cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
12. When the vegetables become soft, chop the tomatoes finely and mix.
13. Let the tomatoes become soft among the vegetables. – After this add garam masala, dry mango powder and green coriander.
14. Mix everything well. Your delicious Annakoot is ready. Surrender completely to Shri Krishna.
