- Butter (unsalted) ½ cup (100 grams)
- Soft powdered sugar (powdered sugar) ½ cup

Step-by-Step Butter Cookies Recipe
Cream the butter and sugar: Add softened butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Beat with an electric whisk or by hand for 3-4 minutes, until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. The cookies have an airy texture.
