‘Not involved at all’: Nandika Dwivedi refutes cheating rumours amid Palash – Smriti wedding delays

New Delhi: Palash Muchhal and Smriti Mandhana’s dream wedding turned into a whirlwind of rumours and heartbreak. Planned for November 23, 2025, the ceremony was halted due to a family medical emergency, sparking cheating whispers online.

Now, evil eye emojis in their Instagram bios hint at warding off negativity, while Palash’s mother promises a quick remarriage. But fresh claims of a choreographer disrupting their bond add more twists. Will love triumph? Dig in to know more.

Bio update signals hope amid postponement of Smriti-Palash’s wedding

Palash Muchhal, the singer known for his music and philanthropy, and cricketer Smriti Mandhana postponed their wedding hours before it started on November 23, 2025. The delay came after Smriti’s father suffered heart-attack-like symptoms and was rushed to the hospital. Palash suggested calling off the functions until her father recovers, showing his care for the family.

This move fueled online rumours of trouble in their relationship. Smriti even removed her wedding-related social media posts, which led to cheating allegations, though no proof exists. To counter the negativity, both updated their Instagram bios with evil eye emojis, a symbol to protect against bad vibes. This caught fans’ attention right away.

Palash’s mother, Amita Muchhal, spoke to Hindustan Times to calm everyone. She said, “Smriti and Palash dono takleef mein hain… Palash dreamt of coming home with his bride. I had even planned a special welcome… Everything will be fine, shaadi bohot jaldi hogi.” Her words assure fans that the wedding will be on track soon. Neither Palash nor Smriti has given a formal statement yet.

Choreographer denies relationship meddling claims

Adding fuel to the fire, wedding choreographer Nandika Dwivedi faces accusations of disrupting Palash and Smriti’s bond. Online gossip claimed she caused issues between the couple, but she strongly denied it in her Instagram story she posted on Friday. Dwivedi called the rumours baseless and hurtful.  Nandika wrote, “Over the past few days, I’ve seen speculation about my involvement in a situation that has been deeply personal for other people. I want to address and clarify that the assumptions being made about me, particularly the idea that I played a role in disrupting anyone’s relationship, are simply NOT true. It’s extremely painful to watch a narrative form around something I had no part in, and even more difficult to see how quickly these stories grow without any basis in reality.”

Nandika Dwivedi denies cheating allegations.

She further added, “Please understand, this will not be easy for me to come out of. I cannot be falsely accused anymore. Please. I have been watching those I care about feel stressed and hurt by information that is not true, and it is taking a toll on my mental health.”

She further mentioned, “I had been receiving threats which family members could see, and that’s why I had made my account private. Please, I request you all to stop the rumours… I have sacrificed a lot to come to Mumbai, to work and achieve my goals. Please do not take my name further than this; I have nothing to do with any of it. Eventually, the truth will find its way.”

Nandika Dwivedi reveals getting threats.

Dwivedi explained she only worked on their wedding choreography professionally and shares a friendly bond with Palash from past projects. She stressed there is no romantic angle or interference. “I have been choreographing for Palash for years, and our relationship is purely professional,” she clarified, urging people to stop spreading lies. This denial aims to shut down the third-party drama angle.

Fans hope these updates end the speculation. The evil eye emojis and family assurances point to resilience, while Dwivedi’s statement clears one rumour cloud. As Palash and Smriti stay silent, their quick remarriage seems likely, proving love beats the noise.
