The right way to sow barley and tide during Navratri
Sow barley in an earthen pot
First of all, buy barley from a shop and take an earthen pot to sow the tide. Wash the pottery and use any soil.
Keep barley in water overnight before sowing
Soak barley in water overnight a day before sowing. This will sprout the barley quickly and thicker. In the morning, remove barley seeds coming to the surface of the water and throw it out. These are bad barley seeds that will not sprout.
After sowing barley, pour light soil on top
Now fill the soil in the pot, keep a little soil separate to pour on top. Spread the soaked barley evenly on the pot. Lay a light layer of dry soil above. You do not need to add too much soil; Just add enough soil to cover most parts of barley.

Take a spray bottle and sprinkle light water on the pot until the soil becomes moist. If you are giving water without a spray bottle, then put it evenly throughout the pot. Avoid pouring too much water at a time.
