You can make soybean milk a part of your diet. This is very beneficial for those who are lactose intolerant. It contains abundant amount of protein. Apart from this, according to the data given in the US Department of Agriculture, soybean contains many nutrients as well as amino acids named glycine and proline which play an important role in boosting collagen.
