One day a mother of three children suddenly disappeared from home in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The woman’s two brothers were accused of kidnapping. Both the brothers were even sent to jail. Then after a year suddenly the woman came to her maternal home. As soon as the woman came to know that both her brothers were in jail, that too on the charges of her kidnapping, she started crying bitterly. After this the woman told the truth as to why she had run away from home. The woman also said that she will definitely free her brothers from jail by doing anything.
At present the police has sent the woman to Nari Niketan. This matter had reached the High Court. Not only this, the court had summoned the Police Commissioner in this case. Besides, the investigators who conducted FR in this case have also been suspended. Now in this case the police will present the woman in the High Court. The matter is of Kadhalipurwa village of Shivrajpur in Bilhaur area. Shyam Narayan, who lives here, was married to Rakhi alias Rekha, a resident of Bidhnu, a few years ago.
Both of them also had three children. Then in May 2023, Rakhi suddenly disappeared from home along with her three children. Shyam Narayan accused Rakhi’s parents of kidnapping. Then an FIR was lodged through the court at Shivrajpur police station on 28 July 2023. The case was investigated by Additional Inspector Shiv Shankar Patel. After investigation, he found the allegations to be false and submitted the final report in June 2024.
Shyam Narayan reached the High Court in July. Here the court summoned the CP in August. Then Shiv Shankar Patel was suspended for negligence in investigation. After this the investigation of the case was handed over to Inspector Subodh Kumar. The Inspector then got the FR canceled and sent Rakhi’s brothers Raju and Ashok to jail in August. Inspector Subodh Kumar was also removed when the woman was not recovered.
Investigation handed over to fourth inspector
Inspector Brajesh Singh was given the investigation but he too could not find the woman. Here, the police kept being summoned to the High Court. Then the investigation of the case was handed over to Inspector Arvind Singh Sisodia, he was busy searching for the woman when on Saturday he got information that Rakhi was waiting for a vehicle in Raniya with her three children. The inspector went with the lady police and recovered Rakhi.
Accused on husband
When the police told Rakhi that both her brothers were in jail for kidnapping her, she started crying bitterly. She said- I had come to vaccinate my brothers on Bhaiya Dooj. I didn’t know that he was in jail, that too for a crime he never committed. Rakhi said- Sir, I was fed up with my husband and left. He used to beat me and my children. Therefore, a year ago, I quietly went to Chaubepur with my children in the first tempo without informing them. From there went to Vrindavan. After a few days, she went to work in a cold storage in Farrukhabad. Bought the phone somehow. Then I thought of coming to meet my brothers on Bhai Dooj. But after coming here I came to know that he is in jail in my kidnapping case.
