Winter has started. Then due to the changing weather, the problem of cold and cough is troubling everyone. In such a situation, if you do not want to take medicine, you can also try some home remedies. For example, if you drink raab made from millet flour, you will get relief.

Material

2 spoons – desi jaggery

1 glass – water

2 spoons – ghee

2 spoons – millet flour

1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

– Take jaggery and water in a pan. – Let this mixture boil until the jaggery dissolves well in water. Keep the gas flame medium. – Turn off the gas once the jaggery melts. – After this, take ghee in another pan and let it heat. – When the ghee is hot, add millet flour to it and fry it. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until the color of the millet flour changes. – Once the millet flour is roasted, add ginger powder to it and fry again for 1-2 minutes. – Now add boiled water to this mixture and let it heat again. Let it boil until all the ingredients mix together and ghee starts appearing on top. (about 10 minutes). So millet flour raab is ready. Drinking this Raab will cure the problem of cold and cough.
