70th foundation day of Madhya Pradesh: “Abhyutdaya Madhya Pradesh” was launched on the glorious 70th foundation day of Madhya Pradesh. On this occasion, singer Zubin’s tunes and fireworks added new colors to the celebration.
Madhya Pradesh News: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that in the last two years, many such development works have been completed in the state which were considered impossible. Madhya Pradesh is creating new standards of development. The work of setting up industries in the state is going on at a rapid pace. The industrial growth rate has been achieved at a remarkable 24%. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the cultural program Avatar of Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day at Lal Parade Ground on Saturday.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that there are two tiger reserves in the state, Bhopal Van Vihar and Madhav National Park, Shivpuri. Not only this, there are nine tiger reserve sanctuaries in the state. The 27th sanctuary is being started in Omkareshwar in the state, whose area will be in Khandwa and Dewas districts. Chief Minister Yadav said that the state has received many gifts in the field of culture.
7 crore devotees and tourists came to Ujjain
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, development work is being done along with conservation of heritage. Cultural rituals continue. More than 7 crore tourists and devotees have come to Ujjain.
Chitrakoot will develop
Lord Shri Ram is smiling in Ayodhya. Orchha and Chitrakoot are the centers of special religious and spiritual faith of the state. Many development works will be done in Chitrakoot with an amount of more than Rs 28 crore. In the last two years, three airports have been opened in the state, Datia, Satna and Rewa. Today an MoU has been signed for the development of Ujjain airstrip as an airport.
PM Shri Heli tourism service launched first in Madhya Pradesh
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country to start PMShri Tourism Heli Service. The state budget will double in the coming 5 years.
The state got three interstate projects
- Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that three inter-state irrigation projects have been started. A large area of the state will be irrigated through Ken-Betwa, Parvati-Kali-Sindh-Chambal Interstate Project and Tapti Mega Project. Along with drinking water systems, industries will also get water.
- Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that artists like Jubin Nautiyal along with his troupe are presenting special programs on this ground of Bhopal. Along with this, 500 artists are presenting Vishwand.
three days of programs
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that for the first time a three-day program is being organized on the Foundation Day. Samrat Vikramaditya Mahanatya will be staged for two days. Everyone will come to Lal Parade Ground to watch this presentation on Sunday and Monday. There will be a state festival in the coming 2 days with heart-touching cultural programmes. An exhibition focused on the development of the state can also be visited. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated all the citizens on Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that looking at the environment here, it seems as if heaven has descended here. Here, one after the other, some glimpses of the development of Madhya Pradesh were shown on the basis of short films. Various works were done in the last year on the basis of which new standards of development were created in every field. Slowly, we crossed them all one by one. Through the elected government, we have progressed in such a journey by continuously crossing stage after stage to take the state of Madhya Pradesh to better and better levels.

On the occasion of the glorious 70th Foundation Day of Madhya Pradesh, the heart of India, there is an atmosphere of celebration and enthusiasm in the entire state. On this historic occasion, a three-day grand event dedicated to the cultural, social and development journey of the state was inaugurated on November 1, 2025 at Lal Parade Ground, Bhopal. The festival started amidst a grand stage, sparkling lights and colorful melodious music. This event is a celebration of the rich heritage, diversity and progress of Madhya Pradesh, which has taken the state to new heights in the last seven decades. The ceremony started in a dignified atmosphere, where the colors of culture, art, music and innovation further brightened the identity of Madhya Pradesh.

Developed Madhya Pradesh was demonstrated. After this, a film based on the investment promotion journey and achievements was screened. Also, a film based on investment opportunities and achievements in Madhya Pradesh and showcasing the invest.mp.gov.in initiative was screened. After the screening of these films which made one feel proud, the Shrimadbha Gavatgita and Abhyudaya Madhya Pradesh focused knowledge competition portal/app published by Veer Bharat Trust was also launched. The book Yugyugin Bharatvanshi published by the Trust and Geo Heritage of Udaipur published by INTACH organization were released. It has been edited by Madan Mohan Upadhyay. Along with this, colorful fireworks touching the heights of the sky also enthralled the people present.
Madhya Pradesh’s colorful journey on the sky
For the first time in the country, a grand show of 2 thousand drones was organized by Madhya Pradesh Science and Technology Council. As soon as the drone took off, vibrant scenes of prosperous and strong Madhya Pradesh started appearing in the sky. In this drone show focusing on development from heritage, 12 figures including Mahakal Temple, Simhastha, Abhyudaya Madhya Pradesh were shown. For the first time, the map of Madhya Pradesh was created. After this, ancient heritage, architectural heritage, art heritage, cultural diversity, independence and struggle, steps of Madhya Pradesh from agriculture to self-reliance and moving towards the future were carved in attractive and attractive figures.
Divine confluence of music, dance and spirituality for the first time
After the grand drone-show, the choral musical presentation “Vishwavanda – Shri Krishna’s Musical Journey” was performed. This was not just a musical presentation, it was an unprecedented and grand staging of the immortal saga of Lord Krishna’s compassion, affection and enlightenment that has been flowing through the ages. For the first time on the Indian cultural scene, this event was organized on such a grand and grand scale, where the trinity of music, dance and spirituality came together. The central theme of this presentation is the compassionate nature of Shri Krishna. The entire presentation was based on Sri Krishna’s own words, which were brought to life by three great streams of music – Indian classical music, folk music and world music. There was a huge chorus of more than 350 talented singers on the stage, who together gave their melodious voice to the verses of Krishna and the verses of Geeta. This chorus was supported by a grand orchestra, which created a wonderful and new world of sound that directly took the listeners to the divine world. This grand event has been conceptualized by Mrs. Venus Tarkaswar. Music composition and direction is by Mr. Umesh Tarakaswar and choreography is by Ms. Shweta Devendra, Ms. Kshama Malviya and Ms. Kavita Shaji. This grandeur of music was embodied by more than 150 classical dancers with their expressions. This dance segment witnessed a confluence of three major Indian classical styles – Bharatnatyam (Dravidian vigor), Kathak (naughtiness and emotion of North India) and Mohiniyattam (elegant performance of Kerala).
Zubin’s velvety voice cast a spell on the audience
After the melodious strains of music, there was an opportunity to listen to an artist whose voice is liked not only in the country but all over the world. A melodious artiste whose soulful songs have cast a spell on the listeners, especially the youth. Famous playback singer Shri Jubin Nautiyal, Mumbai took the stage with his group. His fans present in thousands were happy to see him and enthusiastically requested him to sing their songs. As soon as Zubin came on stage, he spread the magic of his velvety voice in the entire atmosphere with the song. This sequence of songs continued till late night.
