Team India is currently preparing for the T20 series against South Africa and the squad for this series has been announced. Experienced batsman Suryakumar Yadav will be seen leading Team India in the 4-match T20 series and along with this, VVS Laxman has been appointed as the coach of the Indian team.
A big news has come before this series and according to this news, the Indian team has to play 10 matches against South Africa. After hearing this news, all the supporters seem very happy.
Team India will play series against South Africa from 8th November
The Indian team has to play a 4-match T20 series against South Africa and the schedule for this has been announced. The first match of this series will be played on 8th November at the ground in Durban and the second match will be played on 10th November at the ground of St. George Park, Gqweberha. Whereas the third match of this series will be played on 13th November at Supersports Park Centurion and the last match will be played on 15th November at Wanderers Ground in Johannesburg.
Team India will also play 10 more matches against South Africa
Series of all three formats are to be played between Team India and South Africa in the end of the year 2025. However, the squad for this has not been announced yet. According to media reports, a series of 2 Test, 3 ODI and 5 T20 matches are to be played between the two countries on Indian soil. However, the schedule for this tour of South Africa has not been announced yet and it is expected that it will be announced soon. The Test series played between these two teams will come under the World Test Championship 2025-27.
