Deepika Padukone’s fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala has posted a video on social media and told 5 such easy exercises, to do which you do not even need to go to the gym.

1. All Force Hover to Plank (All 4s Hover to Plank)
Yasmin Karachiwala tells that, All Force Hover to Plank exercise can be done easily at home. To do this, lie down on the ground with your hands and feet. Keep the knees slightly elevated so that they do not touch the ground. Now straighten both the legs backwards one by one and come into plank position. Doing this exercise strengthens your core, shoulders and glutes. It also helps in detoxifying the entire body.
2. Crab Alternate Toe Taps
The second exercise mentioned by Yasmin is Crab Alternate Toe Taps. To do this, first of all sit on the ground and rest both hands on the back. Then raise the hips and make crab position. Now touch the toes one by one with the opposite hand. This exercise strengthens your arms, legs and core. It also works to improve coordination and balance.
3. Crawl Front Kick
To do the crawl front kick exercise, come into the crawling position and move forward. Now kick one leg straight towards the front. Repeat the same move with the other leg also. By doing this exercise the core of the legs becomes stronger and the energy level increases. You can call this a small HIIT session.
4. Curtsy Lunges
You can also do curtsey lunges easily at home. For this, stand straight. Now take one leg backwards and bow forward as if you are saluting someone. Repeat the same move again. This exercise tones your thighs and glutes, improves the movement of the hips and helps in getting the lower body in shape.
5. Superman to Alternate Pike Toe Taps
The last exercise that Yasmin suggested is Superman Two Alternate Pike Toe Taps. To do this, lie down on your stomach and raise your hands and legs above the ground. Like becoming superman. Now bring the body in a V shape and try to touch the toe of the opposite foot. By doing this exercise your back, core and hamstrings become strong. Besides, body posture also improves.
