BJP MLA Anil Sharma in Uttar Pradesh is badly trapped in a plot. The special MP-MLA court in Bulandshahr has framed charges against MLA Anil Sharma in a land fraud case. Anil Sharma is accused of allegedly making forged documents to claim ownership of a 980 square meter plot of a private company in the year 2019. The court has framed charges against Sharma under section 420,468,471. The court has summoned the accused Sharma.
Anil Sharma is MLA from Shikarpur assembly constituency. He has become MLA for the fourth consecutive time. Sharma has also been the Minister of State for Forest in the UP government. Advocate Javed Akhtar said that a complaint was filed against Anil Sharma by Neeraj Tyagi, a resident of Bulandshahr, on behalf of Bulandshahr’s company ‘Vaishno Infrahomes Private Limited’. There are allegations against Anil Sharma that he had prepared fake documents to grab the company’s land.

A complaint of fraud was filed
Based on the complaint of Neeraj Tyagi, a complaint of fraud was filed in the court against BJP MLA Anil Sharma and others. Advocate Javed Akhtar said that Anil Sharma had prepared fake documents for 980 square meters of land in the year 2019. Whereas this land was registered in the name of Vaishno Infrahomes Private Limited.
Court’s decision will come on November 22
The MP-MLA court has found Anil Sharma guilty on the basis of testimony and court proceedings and has summoned him under sections 420 (cheating), 468 (forgery) and 471 (using genuine documents by fraudulent means) of the IPC. The court will give its verdict on 22 November.

The allegations made against the MLA are false – lawyer
At the same time, Anil Sharma’s lawyer Sandeep Bhardwaj has said that the allegations made against the MLA are false and an attempt is being made to defame him. The lawyer claimed that the complainant Neeraj Tyagi is not associated with Vaishno Infrahomes Private Limited, hence he is not authorized to file such a complaint. The court had called witnesses in the case, but no one appeared. We will file an appeal against the order in the higher court.
