Fog and winter have started in Himachal Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has predicted dense fog in different areas of Himachal Pradesh during night and morning hours from 10 to 12 November. There is a possibility of dense fog in north-western Punjab on 10 and 11 November. The weather remains dry in the national capital Delhi. There has been no significant change in the maximum and minimum temperatures in Delhi during the last 24 hours.
The sky will remain clear in Delhi
The maximum temperature in Delhi is between 30-32 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is between 15-20 degrees Celsius. At some places in the region, the maximum temperature was 1-2 degrees Celsius above normal and the minimum temperature was 4-5 degrees Celsius above normal. The sky remained clear during the day and the surface wind speed was 04-08 km per hour, while at night it was from the east at 02-06 km per hour.
When will winter start in Delhi?

The lowest visibility recorded at Palam airport was 1100 meters at 7:30 am. In the morning, there was mainly fog in this area and the wind speed was 04 -10 km per hour from east/south-east direction. According to the Meteorological Department, winter may start in Delhi from the third week of November.
Weather of UP, Punjab and Himachal
Fog has started in many areas of Uttar Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has predicted a slight drop in the minimum temperature in the state. The weather will be clear on Sunday. There is light fog in Punjab also. People are still struggling with the heat due to the scorching heat during the day. According to IMD, there is a possibility of dense fog in different areas of north-western Punjab in the morning and night on 10 and 11 November. Apart from this, there are chances of light rain or drizzle in some parts of the state after November 12. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Karaikal on Sunday.
