Five people died in a horrific road accident late night in Pehowa of Kurukshetra district in Haryana. At the same time, three people were seriously injured. The collision was so terrible that 5 people died on the spot. Actually, this accident happened on National Highway (NH) 152. One person injured in the accident has been admitted to LNJP Civil Hospital, Kurukshetra. Meanwhile, two injured people are undergoing treatment at the Mission Hospital in Pehowa.
On Tuesday night, the servants of the Gurudwara were going in a car to Pehowa in Kurukshetra. Suddenly an animal appeared in front of his car. While trying to save the animal, the car went out of control and broke the divider and reached the other side. During this, it collided with a Scorpio coming from the other side.
In this horrific accident, 5 people traveling in the car died on the spot. The accident was so serious that both the vehicles were blown to pieces. Local people informed the police about this accident that took place near Tikri village on National Highway 152, after which the police reached the spot and took the injured to the hospital. Out of the 6 people present in the serviceman’s Xylo car, 5 have died. At the same time, 1 is in injured condition. Apart from these, two people sitting in the Scorpio coming from the other side are badly injured.
Six people were sitting in the Xylo car, they were returning from Pehowa to their camp Deep Singh Salpani Kalan. Near Tikri village, an animal came in front of the Xylo car and in an attempt to save the animal, the driver of the Xylo car turned the steering wheel of the car, due to which the Xylo car collided with the Scorpio coming from the other side.
In this matter, Pehowa SHO Manish Kumar said that, we received information that two cars have met with an accident near Thikri. Our team was already deployed on the highway. As soon as the information was received, our team reached the spot and with the help of people took out the dead bodies.
SHO told that some people were trapped in the vehicle. Vehicles were cut and stranded people were taken out. He was taken to the hospital in an ambulance and police car. According to the information, Baba Virendra Singh (26), Baba Gurpej Singh (40), Baba Harvinder Singh (38), Harman Singh (25), Mandeep Singh (24) and an 18-year-old youth were traveling in the Xylo car.
Pehowa DSP Rajat Gulia said that five people died and three were injured in this accident. Of the three injured, two are undergoing treatment at Mission Hospital in Pehowa and one has been referred to LNJP Civil Hospital in Kurukshetra.
