Amid Globetrotter frenzy, Prithviraj fans ask….
Prithviraj Sukumaran on Monday took to social media platforms to share a new song from Globetrotter, an MM Keeravaani musical. “No bigger introduction for an album! Presenting the #GlobeTrotter song! Been on loop mode Sir. Waiting for November 15th,” the actor wrote in the caption with fire emojis. The post received several heart and fire emojis, but a section of Prithviraj fans had questions about Prithviraj’s upcoming Malayalam film Vilayath Buddha, also slated to release in November 2025.
“Brother, there is our movie on November 21,” wrote one fan in Malayalam in the comments section.

Yet another fan reminded Prithviraj about the November 21 release, pointing out that there has been no promotions and urged the actor for some promo material. These comments also drew more reactions, while some Telugu fans hailed Mahesh Babu.
Prithviraj will be seen as Kumbha in the film, which also stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The title launch event of the film will be held on November 15, which will also be live-streamed on JioHotstar via OTTplay Premium.
Prithviraj’s Vilayath Buddha
Prithviraj’s Vilayath Buddha has been a long pending film, which has faced many delays, and is finally set for a November 21 release. But apart from a poster confirming the release date, Prithviraj nor the team of Vilayath Buddha has unveiled any promos. Prithviraj is known for promoting his films and he had even aggressively promoted his last release L2 Empuraan, the Malayalam film which had superstar Mohanlal in the lead. Apart from starring in a key role, Prithviraj was also the director of the sequel to the hit Lucifer.
Shammi Thilakan plays the other lead role in Vilayath Buddha, helmed by Jayan Nambiar. Priyamvada Krishnan appears as the female lead.
