There was a stir in Jakhaniya tehsil of Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh when a son threatened his father to commit suicide along with the entire family if the land was registered. As soon as the sub register came to know about this, he started getting nervous and he directed both the parties to go out of the office and settle the matter. Along with this, he also said that there will be no registration until the settlement is not done.
The whole matter is of Deva village of Dullahapur police station area. Village resident Chandan Pandey’s mother died in his childhood and shortly thereafter his father remarried. Chandan’s father also had children from his second wife. With the arrival of his stepmother, Chandan was brought up somehow. When Chandan reached the age of marriage, his father got Chandan married and separated him from the family. At the same time, the father himself started living with his second wife and children.
Father made a deal for four biswa land
The father sold most of his land during this period and at present only four Biswa land is left and now he wants to sell that too. Whose deal he had made with a person from Dullahpur village. For whose paperwork the father had reached Registrar Office Jakhanian Tehsil on Friday. During this time, Chandan came to know that his father now wants to sell the remaining land also.

After that the father again reached the tehsil for registration the next day.
Son threatened to commit suicide with his family
As soon as he got to know about his father reaching the tehsil office again, Chandan also reached there and started refusing his father to sell the land. Chandan again tried to stop his father from selling the land, but when the father did not agree, he along with his family threatened to commit suicide on that land. After this, the sub-registrar has said that the land will be registered in someone else’s name only after mutual consent between the father and son. Since then this issue has become a topic of discussion in the entire area.
