Seven people were coming from the upper floor to the ground floor in the lift of Supertech Livingston Society located in Crossing Republic area. During this time, when the lift reached the first floor, it stopped midway. The people present in it got trapped inside the lift. After getting stuck inside the lift, people started having trouble breathing. After this, the lift operator was informed about this incident by phone.
He quickly reached the spot and started trying to get the people trapped in the lift out of the lift. When the lift did not open for a long time, with the help of people the lift doors were opened by inserting iron rods.
Complaint given to police
After a lot of effort, when the lift opened, one by one all the people in it came out safely. A written complaint regarding this matter has also been given to the police. The police are saying that they will take action after investigating the complaint received.
