Morning warm-up exercises:
Baba Ramdev recommends doing at least two sets of yogic jogging. They also recommend that those who can do Surya Namaskar should practice it thoroughly. If you cannot do Surya Namaskar, you can do Tadasana, Tirykatasana, Kati Chakrasana and Padahastasana. He advised people to practice them as per their capacity.
Benefits of Pranayama:
Baba Ramdev said that one should not compromise in front of diseases, ailments and disorders, rather one should have the courage to uproot all types of diseases, darkness and weakness. Doing exercise, yoga and pranayam carefully and regularly is extremely beneficial. He described Tadasana, Tirykatasana, Konasana and Padahastasana as easy asanas. All these exercises are helpful in stretching and warming up the body. These exercises can also be considered as the beginning of yoga.
Do yoga as per your capacity:
Every person should practice yoga asanas and warm-up as per his ability. Baba Ramdev said that if you cannot do hard exercise, you can do yogic jogging, Surya Namaskar, Dand-Baitach and light exercises. If all these are not possible, then it is advisable to do at least 5 to 7 types of exercises and 5 to 7 pranayam, select them according to your capacity.
