In Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, a girl was beaten to death by her maternal uncle, aunt and brother. They beat the girl to death with sticks and a washcloth. After committing the murder, they filled the body in a sack and threw it in the Yamuna river. As soon as information about this incident was received, the police team reached the spot. After investigation, SSP revealed this matter.
The police have arrested three accused in this case. The girl’s mother had filed a case against her maternal uncle, his brother and aunt along with her maternal grandfather. Two months ago, the uncle had called the girl and brought him to him. The post mortem report has revealed an incident of murder by assault. After the death of the girl, the family members are in bad condition and crying.
All three accused arrested
In Etawah, the police have arrested 14-year-old Anjali’s maternal uncle Satyabhan, aunt and maternal grandfather in the murder case. Anjali used to talk to a young man on phone. Due to this, his uncle and aunt beat him with sticks and clothespins to such an extent that he died. After Anjali’s death, the accused packed her body in a sack, covered it with sand and threw it in the Yamuna river. Anjali’s mother also tried to inquire a lot. The accused tried to cover up the death of the daughter by making up a story.
Mother lodged FIR
Anjali’s mother Satyavati has filed a complaint against her real father, brother-in-law, sister, her brother and her mother for the murder of her daughter. In this entire matter, the police of Balrai police station have arrested all three accused after a thorough investigation. Etawah Senior Superintendent of Police Sanjay Kumar Verma, while disclosing this matter, said that when the police interrogated the accused uncle Satyabhan strictly, he told everything truthfully.
He said that the girl used to talk to a young man. When this was refused, she did not agree. Angered by this, he beat him. He was beaten so much that the girl died. To prevent the murder from being revealed, they threw the body in the river. For this, they put his body in a sack with sand and threw it in the Yamuna river.
