  • 500 grams ginger
  • 1 cup jaggery
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 20 raisins
  • 2 spoons ghee
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

How to make Ginger Halwa

– First of all wash the ginger thoroughly and then peel it and chop it finely. After this, put small pieces in a blender and make a thick paste. – Now put cashews, walnuts and almonds in the grinder and make a coarse mixture. – After this take a pan and heat ghee in it. – When the ghee is hot, add the ginger mixture to it and mix well. Keep stirring this mixture for about 15 minutes and fry it well. – Now add jaggery to it, mix well and let it melt completely. Now add raisins and dry fruits and keep stirring continuously for about 5 minutes or until the halwa becomes thick.
