Why does drinking certain fruit juices increase blood sugar?

Which fruit juices should diabetic patients not drink?
Although all fruits contain sugar, some fruits have more. Diabetic patients should avoid drinking juice of these fruits.
Pineapple- Pineapple contains a lot of natural sugar. Additionally, it also has a high glycemic index, which means it can raise blood sugar rapidly. Therefore it is beneficial to eat it whole. Don’t put juice in it.
Orange:- Many people like to drink orange juice in the morning, but let us tell you that by eating whole orange, its fibers also enter the body, which helps in controlling the sugar level. Therefore, do not drink its juice, otherwise sugar may increase.
Apple: There is no doubt that apple is beneficial for health, but eating it whole is beneficial for health. Drinking its juice can increase blood sugar.
Grape – Grapes also contain high amount of sugar. However, grapes also contain antioxidants. Therefore, it should be eaten whole in limited quantities, but absolutely not with juice.
