Capillary Technologies IPO opens today: GMP zero, sound anchor investment | Check details

Kolkata: The bidding process of Rs 877.50-crore Capillary Technologies IPO is opening today Nov 14. It will raise this amount through a combination of fresh issue of 0.60 crore shares (aggregating to Rs 345.00 crore) and an OFS part (offer for sale) of 0.92 crore shares (aggregating to Rs 532.50 crore).

SaaS firm Capillary Technologies India has been able to mobilise Rs 394 crore from anchor investors, the company informed the bourses. As many as 21 firms participated in the anchor round and the list includes names such as SBI Mutual Fund (MF), ICICI Prudential MF, Kotak Mahindra MF, Axis MF, Amundi Funds, ValueQuest Investment Advisors, US-based PineBridge Investments and Hornbill Orchid India Fund.

The GMP or Grey Market Premium of Capillary Technologies IPO has failed to rise above zero at any point of time. Therefore, as of now, there is no possibility of listing gains from this issue. However, it must be remembered that GMP is an unofficial indicator which can quickly change with time and does not guarantee gain or loss on listing.

Capillary Technologies IPO price band, lot size, key dates

Capillary Technologies IPO price band is set at Rs 549-577. For a retail investor, the minimum lot size to invest is 25 shares, for which one has to arrange for an application money of Rs 14,425 considering the upper end of the price band. The lot size investment for sNII investors is 14 lots or 350 shares and that for bNII investors the smallest lot has 1,750 shares. JM Financial is the lead manager and MUFG Intime India registrar to the issue.
