Actually, the marriage procession of Amit, son of a person named Ram Gopal Singh, was to go to Kalwari of Bijpuri in Moti Mahal. The marriage was fixed 6 months ago and the marriage procession was to take place on 22nd November. Six days before this, on November 17, Amit had left home with a wedding card, saying he was going to give the card to his friend. Amit’s engagement was to take place on 20th November, but Amit did not return home even till 22nd.
The families of both the boy and the girl had made full preparations for the marriage. When Amit did not return, both the families started searching for him, to whose friend’s house he had gone asking to give the card. When the family members reached his house, the friend told that Amit had come but had left after giving the card. After this the family members informed the police about the matter. When the police started investigation, in a CCTV footage he was seen leaving a dhaba on a scooter after having food, but apart from this, no trace of Amit was found.
