A blast took place in the Intercity Express going from Bhagalpur to Jaynagar near the outer signal of Samastipur railway station in Bihar. As soon as the blast took place in the train, smoke and sparks started rising in the bogie. Mother and son have suffered burn injuries in this incident. The fire created chaos among the passengers. The recently injured woman, resident of Darbhanga, has been admitted to the Railway Hospital.
In this case, RPF has detained two suspects from Darbhanga station. However, RPF and GRP officials are refraining from saying anything. Meanwhile, Divisional Security Commissioner GS Jani said that the matter is being investigated. Perhaps some passenger was carrying firecrackers in the train.

Three passengers including a woman got burnt
It is being told that Reena Devi, a resident of Manikor village of Singhwada police station area of Darbhanga district, boarded the train from Sultanganj along with her nephew Gaurav Jha by Bhagalpur Jaynagar Intercity train. Before reaching Samastipur station, a blast took place in the bag kept under the seat of a woman passenger at the outer signal, in which the woman along with her nephew and another passenger Kamta Prasad got burnt.

Two suspects in GRP custody
Railway Police has admitted the injured to the Railway Hospital for treatment. Regarding this matter, Darbhanga GRP has detained two suspects for questioning. Here, regarding this incident, Railway DSP Naveen Kumar confirmed the incident and said that two suspects have been arrested in this case from Darbhanga. Three passengers including a woman were injured in this incident, all of them have been treated and sent back. Besides, a team is being formed to investigate the matter at a high level.
