BJP is tarnishing Arvind Kejriwal’s image, AAP will complain to Election Commission – Khel Ja – Khel Ja

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has accused BJP of tarnishing the image of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. While addressing a press conference, Aam Aadmi Party National Secretary Pankaj Gupta and Rajya Sabha member Raghav Chadha said that a letter has been written to the Election Commission in this regard and an appointment has been sought with them. He said that they have sought time to meet with a delegation, so that they can give complete information to the Election Commission about the attempt to assassinate the CM’s character.

Raghav Chadha said that for the last few days, BJP has been continuously supporting Arvind Kejriwal, who is not only the national convenor of Aam Aadmi Party, but is also the star campaigner of Aam Aadmi Party in the election states. A campaign is being run on social media to malign his character and image.

He said that Aam Aadmi Party is going to lodge a complaint with the Election Commission against this effort of BJP. Party’s national secretary Pankaj Gupta has sought time from the Election Commission.

Aam Aadmi Party sought time from Election Commission

Raghav Chadha said that we have written a letter to the Election Commission asking for time today or tomorrow so that our delegation can come together and tell. We hope that the Election Commission will give us time. He said that this should not happen for fair elections.

He said that on November 5, 2023, Delhi BJP made an objectionable poster against Arvind Kejriwal on its Twitter handle, which was widely publicized by BJP officials on social media. He said that BJP officials shared it.

Chadha said that Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh are where elections are held and code of conduct is in place. These posts were shared there also. He said that this post was made on the X platform of Delhi BJP. This post is certainly objectionable. This is a direct violation of IPC sections 171G, 499, 500, Representation of the People Act and Code of Conduct.

Sonia Gandhi should have campaigned

AAP MP Raghav Chadha said that Sonia Gandhi should have gone to Jaipur and campaigned, but the comments of Congress are there. For that I only have to say that elections should be fought unitedly for the purpose for which India was created. One should avoid commenting against each other.

He said that BJP is scared of this alliance. This is a strong alliance. I believe that if a candidate from INDIA Alliance is fielded against a candidate from BJP, he will definitely win. In 2024, BJP will lose the Lok Sabha elections badly and India Coalition government will be formed.
